- Tips for keeping play moving.
- Move briskly between shots and plan shots on the way to where your ball lies.
- In stroke play, play “ready golf” in a safe and responsible way to improve the Pace of Play as per rule 6.4.
- If you are in any doubt as to the location of the ball following a shot, play a provisional ball before searching for the original ball.
- If you are searching for a ball, please call other players through if they are waiting.
- Call faster players through when the course ahead is clear for more than one fairway.
- Move away from the green before marking cards. The player with the honour should, where possible, play from the tee before marking their card.
- When approaching the green, leave carts/buggies to the side from which you will proceed to the next tee.
- Please return completed scorecards to the office as soon as your game is finished, then put your clubs away and return your cart.
