Kingaroy Golf Club Social Player Code of Conduct
This document has been developed to ensure safety for Social Players, Club Members and Staff always. Kingaroy Golf Club has zero tolerance to any behaviour documented in the below policy.
Social Players Code of Conduct
Social Players are to:
- Sign the Club Hire Agreement when hiring a club-owned motorised cart and adhere to all regulations.
- Two Players maximum per motorised cart and players must be seated in the seats while in motion.
- No ramming or collisions with other motorised carts or players, all players MUST adhere to all course rules and regulations.
- Motorised carts must be kept 10 metres from all greens, and 5 metres from all tees.
- No more than four (4) players per group at any time.
- Loud or offensive behaviors will not be tolerated at any time.
- No foreign alcohol is to be brought onto Club Premises or Golf Course. This is a condition of the club’s license.
- One (1) set of clubs per player.
- Club Hire Sets are to be returned in the same condition as hired, any damage will be charged at time of return.
- Persons under the age of 18, or who do not hold an Australian Open License, are not allowed to drive, or use any club or other motorised cart at Kingaroy Golf Club due to insurance requirements.
- No driving or operation of motorised carts is allowed in the Kingaroy Golf Club carpark.
- No abusive or offensive behavior of any kind is allowed at Kingaroy Golf Club. If you are asked to leave the premises due to any breach of conduct, no refunds will be given, and any damage to club property or goods will need to be paid for.
- There is Zero Tolerance for deliberately harming wildlife while on the Kingaroy Golf Club premises. An automatic ban from Kingaroy Golf Club will be issued.
Any social player or players that do not comply with the above Code of Conduct will be asked to leave by any Management Committee, Players Committee or Sub-Committee Representative. If the social player or players refuse or become violent, the local Police will be called, and further action may taken.
